    • Identify and mitigate technical, financial, and operational risks in EPC terms prior to negotiations. (i.e. EPCA dry run)

    • Supplier Pre-qual: Prior to bid, validate EPC contractor shortlist based on experience, capacity, and compliance.

    • Draft RFP materials as needed (i.e. bid instructions, schedules, pricing sheets) .

  • RFP Management

    • Bid Agent: POC with Bidders, communication manager, maintain data room, draft bid addendums at Owner’s direction.

    • RFI coordination and impact analysis / strategy

    • Commercial Bid review: Scope gap analysis across all bids, bid summary and recommended responses.

    • EPC finalist and selection support.
