Ben New served at two preeminent development platforms - Avantus and Recurrent Energy - building lean, high-performing teams across Procurement, Construction, and Operations. Ben delivered on 5 GW PV + 7 GWh BESS PPAs and procurement agreements and while managing $7B+ in capex responsibility over the last 15 years. With this deep operational experience, he has been integral to project finance —from construction debt, tax equity and project sales, across the entire 5GW portfolio. Ben brings over 30 years of expertise in construction execution, spanning healthcare, education, energy, and large-scale infrastructure projects, with a proven track record of delivering complex builds from the ground up.
